Perfected over 40 years by Eleni (Alex's mum) little has changed in this amazing breakfast (not for the faint hearted). Crispy bacon, sizzling pork sausages, fresh eggs straight from the Mendip Hills, black pudding, hand cut potato scallops, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes, toast or fried bread, bread and butter and a cup of tea or coffee?! Who could ask for more...some do!!

All day breakfasts at the Monte are a firm favourite. Traditional fry ups make perfect soul food for the weekend and our vegetarian take on the Full Monte Breakfast is proving ever popular.
